The new roundabout on the Landorf road was inaugurated on 13 June 2017. The artwork named "Papillon", which shines in the middle of the roundabout, stands five meters high and was created by the Zurich artist Alvar Neuenschwander. It symbolizes the entrance to the new settlement, which offers an urban living atmosphere at an idyllic hillside location with a near-natural quality of life for about 2500 habitants.
The LOB foundation by the Marti companies is building two edifices with a total of 48 apartments on the construction field E (bordered in red). The construction works are taking place on schedule and the first-time occupancy is scheduled for June 2018. 75 apartments in the adjoining neighborhood Schürlirain already belong to the LOB foundation.
