The Department of Civil Engineering of the Canton of Berne has awarded the construction of the Tunnel de Court to the Marti-Group. The work will start in April 2012, the amount of the contract is about CHF 75 millions.

The new nursing college in Ausserholligen in Bern was officially opened on the 18th of October 2011 with the handing over of the keys. The company Marti was responsible for both buildings in its role as sole contractor.
The rebuilt tunnel boring machine arrived on the site. The installation work is complete, it is ready for use. It has been drilling through the first metre of tunnel since the 8th of September 2011.
